Crash Course · Primary 6 · PSLE Math
Every parent knows doing the Ten-Year Series works. The trouble is that attempting papers at home is not the same as improving. We turn ten years of papers into one guided plan, marked, with the mistakes corrected before they set.
A guided 10-session walkthrough of every PSLE Math paper from 2016 to 2025, one paper per session on Zoom, each submitted for personalised marking and feedback. The programme runs May to September, so it is live right now. You can join anytime and catch up on earlier papers through the recordings on our LMS.

The programme runs from 2 May to 4 September, so sessions are happening right now. You do not have to start from session one: join anytime, attend the remaining live sessions, and catch up on every earlier paper through the recordings on the LMS, uploaded within 48 hours of each class. The individual programme fee is the full $997.50, with no separate discount. For a saving, the PSLE Bundle includes this TYS programme at 10% off.
Every PSLE Math paper, 2016 to 2025
Why a plan, not a pile of papers
A child who finishes ten papers alone has practised. A child whose ten papers were marked, explained and revisited has improved. Those are not the same thing.
Left to self-study, two things quietly fail. Children jump between years at random, rush, or give up halfway, so there is no plan. And they finish a paper without anyone reviewing the working, so the same mistakes repeat. This programme replaces both: a structured walkthrough of every paper, then a correction loop that makes the fix stick.
Every paper, 2016 to 2025, taught in order, nothing skipped.
Each paper submitted and returned with written feedback.
Recordings on the LMS to rewatch through to PSLE.
The plan
We start with the most recent paper, where the question styles are closest to what your child will face, and work back to 2016 so they see how the paper has evolved. Each session is a 3-hour guided Zoom class on one full paper. The free preview shows how one paper is walked through, with worked solutions.
2025 PSLE · the most recent paper, closest to this year's question styles.
2024 PSLE · recent higher-order Paper 2 patterns and traps.
2023 PSLE · ratio, percentage and before-and-after in full papers.
2022 PSLE · timing and the order to attempt questions in.
2021 PSLE · volume, rate and data-handling under exam pressure.
2020 PSLE · geometry, area and the figure-based questions.
2019 PSLE · classic part-whole and comparison structures.
2018 PSLE · number patterns and multi-step reasoning.
2017 PSLE · early July session, consolidating method and pacing.
2016 PSLE · the September session, the final full-paper revision before PSLE.

See a real paper question
Two genuinely tough questions from the 2024 PSLE Paper 2. Have a go, then open the method. In the session your child sees the working built live, then submits their own attempt for marking.
Yan had two bags of sugar, A and B. The mass of sugar in B was 5/7 of that in A. After she added 600 g of sugar to A and 1.75 kg of sugar to B, A had 200 g less sugar than B. What was the total mass of sugar in A and B at first? Give your answer in grams.
The structure: a difference question. Let A start at 7 units, so B starts at 5 units, a gap of 2 units.
The working: after adding, A becomes (7 units + 600 g) and B becomes (5 units + 1750 g). A is 200 g less than B, so 5 units + 1750 is 200 more than 7 units + 600. That leaves 1750 less 600 less 200 = 950 g sitting on 2 units, so 2 units = 950 g and 1 unit = 475 g.
At first: A = 7 units = 3325 g and B = 5 units = 2375 g.
Answer: 3325 + 2375 = 5700 g.
The sum of two numbers is 60. Each number is smaller than 40 and has exactly six factors. Their common factors are 1, 2 and 4. What are these two numbers?
The structure: work from the clues, not by trial. The common factors include 4 but not 8, so both numbers are multiples of 4, and at most one of them can also be a multiple of 8.
The working: numbers under 40 with exactly six factors that are multiples of 4 are 12, 20, 28 and 32. Only one pair from this list sums to 60: 28 and 32.
Check: 28 = 2 x 2 x 7 has factors 1, 2, 4, 7, 14, 28; 32 = 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 has factors 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32. Their common factors are exactly 1, 2 and 4, and both are below 40.
Answer: the two numbers are 28 and 32.
These are two questions from one of the ten papers we walk through. The free preview shows a full paper section with complete worked solutions.

What guided beats self-study at
The TYS book on the shelf is not the hard part. Coverage, correction and consistency are. The programme is built around exactly those three.
All ten years completed as a structured plan, in order, with pacing built in. No random dip-in, no half-finished papers.
From "we'll get to the older ones" to "we did every one."
Every submitted paper is marked and returned with written feedback on what went wrong, why, and how to fix it, within three weeks. Mistakes get corrected before they become habits.
Every session is uploaded to the LMS within 48 hours, with access through to PSLE. The hardest papers can be rewatched as many times as it takes during the revision run-in.
Who it suits
The programme is a good fit if your child:
A weaker child can keep up too: this is guided teaching, not self-study. Every question is explained live, and the recordings let them revisit at their own pace.
Structured exposure to ten years builds pattern recognition and Paper 2 confidence.
Sharpens timing and clean presentation, where the last marks usually go.
The marking loop targets exactly the slips that cost marks, paper after paper.
What's included
Marked by hand, not a model answer key
A model answer key tells a child whether the number was right. Our marking tells them why their working lost marks and how to present it so it does not happen again. The worked solutions and the TYS resource sit alongside the curriculum we write and publish ourselves, 60+ textbooks and 40+ workbooks, refined over years of classroom use.

A parent's story, on camera
"When my daughter got AL5 in P6 SA1, I was desperate. Mrs Eileen even asked to see her paper first. Two months later she hit AL3 at Prelims, and eventually AL1 at PSLE."
Based on GPA's internal tracking of recent cohorts; individual results vary with each student's starting point and effort. More on our results page.
Taught by
Three tutors share the ten sessions, and the same team reviews your child's submitted papers. Tutors may change, but a child is always taught by an experienced member of the team.
Founder & Curriculum Architect
Former MOE teacher, M.Ed and B.A. Hons (NIE). She teaches the structure behind each paper and takes the final September revision session.
Principal Tutor · Head of Primary Math
B.Sc. (Hons), 6+ years teaching under Mrs Toh. Fast-paced and precise, firm on working habits, presentation and timing under exam conditions.
Ms Tan, our Mathematics Tutor, also leads several of the May and June paper sessions, with a high-volume, workshop style that reads the room and clears up confusion early.
Already a GPA student?
If your child is in our PSLE Last Lap programme, the TYS walkthrough is already built in at no extra fee. If they are in our Weekly Primary 6 class, TYS is an optional add-on at an internal rate, not the external price above. Either way, check with us before registering separately. We would rather tell you honestly than have you pay twice.
Free preview, no pressure
We will send a sample from one of the ten papers with complete worked solutions, so you can see exactly how a session is taught and marked before you decide.
Preparing for the whole paper?

Yes. It runs from 2 May to 4 September, so you can join anytime while it is live. Your child attends the remaining sessions and catches up on every earlier paper through the recordings on the LMS, uploaded within 48 hours of each class, with access through to PSLE.
The individual programme stays at $997.50, with everything included. We do not run a separate discount on it. If you want a saving, the PSLE Bundle pairs the TYS walkthrough with the Lock & Key Intensive and Mock Exams at a built-in 10% off.
At home, papers get attempted at random and the same mistakes repeat because no one reviews the working. Here, all ten years are walked through in a structured order, every paper is marked with personalised feedback, and the recordings let your child revisit the hard questions. It is the correction loop, not the paper, that drives the improvement.
Yes. Many AL3 to AL4 students use it to push towards AL1 to AL2, and even strong students benefit from sharper timing, cleaner presentation and exposure to edge-case questions across ten full papers.
Yes. This is guided teaching, not self-study. Every question is explained live, the feedback shows exactly what to fix, and the recordings let your child go back over anything at their own pace.
Your child submits each paper and it is returned with written feedback on what went wrong, why, and how to fix it, within three weeks. The comments are about method and presentation, not just the final number.
Mrs Eileen Toh, Ms JS Lee and Ms Tan share the ten sessions, all on Zoom. The same team marks your child's submitted papers, so the teaching and the feedback come from the people who built the programme.
It depends on the programme. PSLE Last Lap students get the TYS walkthrough as part of their bundle at no extra fee. Weekly Primary 6 students can add it at an internal rate. Check with us first and we will tell you which applies, so you do not pay twice.
