A math school built around one method

I spent years in the classroom as an MOE teacher, and in 2017 I left to start Genius Plus Academy on my own, in one small unit. I didn't want a franchise or a borrowed syllabus. I wanted to build the thing I'd always wished I had: a single, coherent way to teach math that any child could follow.

So I sat down and wrote our own curriculum, page by page. Every topic, every worked example, every common slip a child makes, I put it into the materials, so the teaching never depends on luck or on which day the tutor is having.

I cap our classes at six to eight on purpose. Any larger and the quiet child gets lost; any smaller and a child stops learning from how others think. At that size I can promise every child is actually seen, their working checked, their gaps named, week after week.

I'm a mother of four, so I know the worry behind every enquiry. My honest view is that tuition should be support, not a default. If your child is coping well, you don't need us. But if the gap is real, I'd rather we close it properly, with a plan, than have you wish it away.
